1. We recommend that the company (BIGsmall Advertising Ltd) and the client create a formal written agreement outlining details of the service, prior to providing the service.
2. We require a deposit prior to providing a service, as a token of the client’s commitment. This deposit is not refundable for the same reason. This deposit is of a fixed value of £100, unless the service exceeds a total quote value of £1000. For any amount exceeding £1000, we require a £200 deposit.
3. For our website related services, namely a website development or a website update, if the provision takes longer than a month due to the client’s lack of response, we will charge an extra 10% of the original quote for every additional month. Note that a sufficient time to create or update a website is two weeks.
   
   This period can be increased in a mutual agreement between the company and the client in case of a website development that is more complicated than our standard website development.
   
   
4. For any of our services, except the services named in paragraph 3, including design services, website usability analysis, and a Google Adwords campaign, if the provision takes longer than two weeks due to the client’s lack of response, we will charge an extra 10% of the original quote for every additional 2 week period.

These Terms and Conditions were created after reasonable consideration, with an objective to motivate the speed and professional delivery of the service which will ultimately benefit the customer.
